The Pilates classes are currently being run at the
Seasalter Christian Centre on a Tuesday evening

First class
6:45pm to 7:45pm

Second class
7:45pm to 8:45pm

Six week course is £54.00

All equipment is supplied

We have plenty of parking at the Centre. The studio has air conditioning
in the summer and heating in the winter.
