We are experienced physiotherapists and qualified pilates instructors. We run friendly, fully equipped, pilates classes
in Whitstable offering exercise tuition to men and women
of all ages and abilities. It is suitable for those requiring rehabilitation work, recovering from sports injury or
simply as part of a general regime to improve and
maintain overall health and fitness.
