On arrival please either queue outside at 2m distances or wait in your car until your class time.
Please can we enter and exit the studio one at a time to be able to maintain distance, your instructor will facilitate this.
Mats will be provided and will be 2m spaced. They will be cleaned between each session. Please bring your own towel to lie over the mat or alternatively please feel free to bring your own mat. You will be given your own set of head cushions for each session and these will be washed between uses.
If you wish to wear a facemask please do but this is not compulsory.
There is hand sanitiser provided on entry/exit from the studio.
For your own and others safety please endeavour to maintain social distancing at all times.
All cleaning will be increased and we will sanitise high traffic areas such as door handles, any equipment used before and after every class
All equipment will be sanitised between uses.
The studio will be ventilated throughout your class.
Please ensure that you have given your instructor up to date contact details.
Anyone who has tested positive for Covid – 19 should let me know as soon as possible on 07990 533738
Please do not come to class if you have any symptoms of Covid 19.
Pilates Class booking – Terms and Conditions
In the event of bad weather making it unsafe for your teacher to travel to class, or if the venue is closed or the instructor is ill, we will do our best to ring or text to let you know in advance of the cancellation of the class.
Any classes cancelled due to the weather, centre closure or illness cannot be refunded, but where possible a replacement class will be organised, however this is not guaranteed. If the class goes ahead but you decide not to come, refunds cannot be issued in this instance.
Regretfully refunds are not available for missed sessions and cannot be carried over into the next block of classes at this time.
Payment is made at a specified date to all new clients (Normally a week in advance of the class start date) and at the first class of each four-week block to all returning clients.
